People wish to know what will be at the future from ancient times. Girls always want to know who will be their husband; people want to find a solution in difficult situation. Fortune-tellings helps people to find an answer from thousands of questions.



There were many interesting fortune-tellings in the past centuries. But times are changing and there are a lot of new fortune-tellings at our modern world.  They are connected with new technology and brainchildren of progress. For example I want to tell you about the most simple of their. It’s fortune-telling by TV-set. You must ask a question by yourself and then turn a TV. First word or phrase which you will hear will be an answer on your question. I consider that it’s a bit silly. Let’s image that you heard an advertising of dog food or something like this. It’s not so good prophecy for person.
Also there are fortune-tellings for different kinds of people. For example there is fortune-telling for smoking people. Man asks question by himself, than takes a cigarette and begins to smoke. He must follow ashes.
In spite of variety of fortune-tellings many people including me continue believe in more authoritative fortune-tellings such as chiromancy, cartomancy, telling fortune by wax etc.
My story is on the last legs and I can add only one. It doesn’t matter is prophecy good or bad. Prophet isn’t a God, his is, like music band Skillet sings: “just a man, not a superhuman”. So it depends only from us will be realized a prophecy or not. Only if we believe it can be really. Oskar Wilde has said: “Illusion is the first of all pleasures”.
