In our modern world we cannot image our life without technology. We communicate with people by phone, safe food on the fridge etc. We are surrounded by technological machines. So it is a question: is technological progress good our bad for us? It’s difficult to answer because technology is a coin with different sides.
On the first hand, technological progress is good. For example computers and Internet. We can find necessary information; communicate with people from all over the world. It’s difficult to disagree that it is really good. But on the other hand, let’s remember about nuclear power plants in Chernobyl and Fukushima. Explosions killed thousands of people, a million became invalids. Is it good? On my own opinion it’s awful when progress that was made by people killed them.
It depends only on a person to be sure is progress good or bad. I consider that controlling technological progress helps our life to become better.
